I found the hotel to be quite comfortable, though the shower's issue with water drainage is common in many places I've stayed. The room was cozy, although I struggled with the thermostat. The facilities were nice, including the safe, ironing board, and iron, but could use improvement in some areas. The service was excellent overall, with friendly and professional staff, though there was an incident where one staff member yelled at us, which was unpleasant. The location worked well for us, being close to Bern Central Station and offering easy access to a shopping mall. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety of tasty options, especially during breakfast.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and peaceful, with clean rooms, but the lacking thermostat control and absence of a fridge were minor inconveniences. The service provided was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and professional overall. The location was convenient, with direct access to the mall, albeit the noise from the kitchen was a disturbance.
